Ofqual is responsible for the regulation of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) in Northern Ireland and has an office in Belfast. The team based there is responsible for monitoring NVQs and for providing advice and information on NVQs and related subjects to government, individuals, FE and training providers, employers and others interested in NVQs in Northern Ireland.
This area of the site has been developed to provide you with information on some of our activities and the materials aimed particularly at a Northern Ireland audience. It contains a library of case study material on the use of NVQs in Northern Ireland and it provides links to relevant local and national initiatives and publications.
